The website at oaz2.com is a static informational site. It has no contact form, user accounts, visitor-facing CMS, newsletter or chatbot.
Analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels and other third-party tracking scripts have not been added. The site does not load third-party fonts or embeds.
Technical data and hosting
The site is delivered through Cloudflare Pages.
When a page is requested, technical information may be processed to deliver the site, keep it secure and operate it. This can include IP address, request, browser or device information where applicable, the requested resource, date and time, and other security or technical information.
This is ordinary hosting and delivery behaviour, not a separate analytics product installed on the site.
Technical data is retained according to the applicable Cloudflare configuration and only as necessary for delivery, security and technical operation.
If you write to info@oaz2.com, that correspondence is separate from visiting the website. The site does not collect your email address unless you choose to send a message.
The sender's email address, name if supplied, message contents, attachments if supplied, and related correspondence metadata may be processed to read, manage and answer the communication and to conduct ordinary business correspondence.
Email for OAZ2 uses Apple iCloud+ Custom Email Domain. Apple provides the email infrastructure.
Correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the communication, business administration, or applicable legal obligations.
Purposes and legal bases
Website technical processing is used to deliver the website and to maintain security and technical operation. Where applicable, this is based on legitimate interests in providing and securing the website.
Email correspondence is used to respond to enquiries, communicate about possible projects, opportunities or business matters, and for ordinary business administration. Depending on context, this may be based on steps at the request of the person before entering into an agreement, performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in ordinary business communication and administration, or legal obligations where processing is required by law.
Consent is not treated as the default legal basis merely because someone sent an email.
Recipients
Personal data may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website and email, each for its own task.
Cloudflare is used for website hosting, delivery and CDN. Apple iCloud+ is used for business email infrastructure.
They do not receive all data, and they do not use all data for the same purpose.
Retention
Technical data is retained according to the hosting and security configuration and only as necessary for site delivery, security and technical operation.
Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the communication or business relationship, and where necessary to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Apple are international service providers and may process data in jurisdictions outside the EEA. Where applicable, such transfers are handled under the safeguards required by data-protection law.
Cookies
This website does not intentionally set non-essential analytics, advertising or preference cookies. There is no cookie consent banner because those technologies are not used on the site.
Infrastructure used to deliver the site may still use strictly technical cookies if needed for delivery or security.
Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Whether a right applies depends on the processing and the legal basis.
You can send a request to info@oaz2.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
